Family Portrait Session at Mt. Tabor

I love happy babies. A smiling baby makes me feel that all is right in the world.

It’s no surprise to me that Marian and Matt would be the parents of, Olivia, one of the happiest babies I’ve ever met. I had the pleasure of meeting Marian and Matt when I photographed their engagement session a little over two years ago in downtown Portland, Oregon. It was a cold, gray January day when their session took place, but you never would’ve guessed it judging by the smiles on their faces. Shortly after their session, they moved to Hawaii and, later that year, they were married. A few months ago, Marian emailed me and said they would be visiting in Portland in early May and she wanted to do a family session with their 9-month old baby girl, Olivia. What a treat this session was! Sunshine and bright, shiny smiles all around. 🙂
