my approach

The beauty of photography is that it allows you to revisit a moment again and again. When I take a photograph, Ithink about the impact it will have on the viewer now as well as several years from now. I love to create images that are meaningful, timeless, and beautiful; photographs that will only increase in personal value as time goes by.

When I’m not behind a camera or a computer, I enjoy spending time with my husband/photographerextraordinaire, Lincoln Barbour, and two kids, Odin and Teagan. Other things I like to do include includetraveling, gardening, biking, hiking, running, snowboarding, reading, eating, and spending time family, friends,and our three cats, Alice, Scout, and Nora. I enjoy living life to its fullest and I look forward to meeting you!
