Oh autumn, how I love thee, let me count the ways. Your warm days, cool nights, golden light, and colorful foliage; it’s the most romantic season, in my opinion. When Jenny and Michael said that they wanted to do their engagement portraits in the fall, I was thrilled. An autumn engagement session would make the perfect precursor to their New Year’s Eve nuptials. We picked a date in early October, when the leaves were just beginning to change, and had a wonderful time playing the gorgeous evening light on Sauvie Island. Their Schnauzer/Poodle mix pup, Dottie, even joined in the fun. Jenny and Michael, it was really nice having the opportunity to spend some time with you two (and Dottie!) before your big day. We’re looking forward to December 31st!
Yahoo, Sauvie Island! Love that location, and enjoy seeing your perspective!
What a fantastic couple and setting!
This was one of our favorite days. As always, beautiful work, Lauren & Lincoln!
Thank you!
Where on Sauvies were these taken? So beautiful!
This shoot took place at Howell Territorial Park. It’s a great spot!
