Rachel and Tim, April 18th 2009

If you check my blog regularly, you may recognize Rachel and Tim from their engagement photo session at Timberline Lodge back in February. This sweet couple was married on Saturday, April 18th 2009, which was quite possibly the most beautiful Saturday we’ve had all year in Portland. You remember the one, right? Warm, sunny, blue skies – pretty much a perfect day for Rachel and Tim’s wedding. Their ceremony was held at the Old Church in downtown Portland and was followed by a joyful reception at the Adrianna Hill Grand Ballroom. What a fantastic event it was from beginning to end. I’ll let the pictures speak for the day:) Rachel and Tim, thank you for including us in your big day. We had such a lovely time photographing your wedding!

This was the first time I’d ever seen the wedding party do ‘the wave’. Pretty awesome.

Their first dance was to Johnny Cash’s song ‘I Walk The Line’…
